Modern Farmhouse

This custom design uses our standard farmhouse designs as inspiration. The site is an urban corner lot with minimal slope. Clever design allowed us to include a walk out basement allowing for 2 master suites and a 3rd bedroom. The smaller footprint allowed this 3,000 sf home and its 700 sf of patio, deck, and covered porch to easily fit onto a typical Chelsea neighborhood lot platted in the 1900s. Construction includes SIP walls, Superior pre-cast insulated foundation, and other system built energy efficient components. We will start the winter of 2021.

Ann Arbor Tecumseh

Our latest home in the Ann Arbor, MI area is another version of our Tecumseh; key differences include on a slab, an open site with great southern exposure, and a is part of our local Utility’s NZR all electric home program. While the home is being owner built, a  key similarity is that it is being framed by Momentum Construction, the same builder who provided the Pinckney home.
